Restoration Goals and Challenges

Restoration of the facade of this beautiful Nicholas J. Clayton building, including brick restoration, custom sheet metal fabrication, millwork, rebuild windows and modern sealants.

Key Highlights​

Restore original intricate brick, rebuild cornice and corbels to match the original profiles. Restore the windows including modernizing the weatherstripping.
